Nearly all business experts agree on one thing: the importance of business planning. Yet, plenty of companies plunge into the competitive arena without a formal plan.  Why? A lot of new businesses are carried away and figure their passion and optimism are enough to build a successful company. Others say they were just too busy to develop a formal business plan. But operating without a plan can prove much more time-consuming and costly in the long run.

Business planning is essential for small and large businesses, but don’t be overwhelmed at the prospect. The basic components of a business plan are fairly simple and easy to develop!

Join Craig Hulse, Economic Director for the City of North Richland Hills, and additional experts from the Northeast Tarrant Chamber for 6 monthly Business Planning Sessions in 2020!

SESSION 1: Executive Summary

SESSION 2: Description of Company

SESSION 3: Description of Product or Service

SESSION 4: Your Market
