City of  Grapevine issued the following announcement on April 30

Pursuant to Executive Order GA-18, issued on Monday, April 27, by Governor Greg Abbott and effective at 12:01 am on Friday, May 1, 2020, the following businesses may reopen under Phase One with minimum standard health protocols.

ALL ESTABLISHMENTS LISTED BELOW MAY REOPEN AND OPERATE AT A MAXIMUM 25% OCCUPANCY

- Retail Stores

- Restaurants

- Movie Theaters

- Shopping Malls

- Libraries & Museums

- Outdoor Sports (non-contact sports with four (4) or fewer

participants

Essential Businesses: No changes to how essential businesses operate. To view a full listing of essential businesses deemed by the State of Texas, visit TDEM.Texas.gov.

CLOSED

The following remain closed during Phase One of Executive Order GA-18:

- Bars

- Gyms

- Hair Salons | Barber Shops

- Nail Salons

- Tattoo and/or Piercing Studios

- Massage Establishments

- Bowling Alleys

- Video Arcades

- Public Swimming Pools

The public should minimize social gatherings and minimize in-person contact with people who are not in the same household.
