City of Grapevine issued the following announcement on Aug. 26
Our Grapevine Fire Department is seeking critical information (voluntarily) from all Grapevine residents so they may better serve you and the members in your household in the event of an emergency.
The Grapevine Fire Department has collaborated with Community Connect. This secure, easy-to-use service allows residents to share critical information about their household to aid first responders and emergency service personnel to respond more efficiently and effectively, ultimately resulting in better incident outcomes.
Community Connect is completely voluntary. Residents are able to share information they choose to share, such as point of contact in the home, if there is a disabled or functional-needs person who lives in the residence, building features, pets that fire personnel should be aware of and so much more.
Simply create your confidential profile, enter the property, and occupant information, and these vital details are made available to the Grapevine Fire Department at the time of dispatch. Data provided by residents within Community Connect is 100% secure and is used only for the purpose of better serving Grapevine residents during emergency situations.
Community Connect is now available for Grapevine residents to create profiles.
