Oncor maintains a webpage that allows anyone to report issues with street lights. The City pays Oncor monthly for maintaining the street lights. You may assist in ensuring they are working properly by reporting them directly to Oncor thru their webpage https://www.oncorstreetlight.com/
From this webpage, you can see a map of the City with each street light appearing as a yellow ball. Select the light in question, click OK to its location, and then report the issue. They even have the option to email you when the issue is corrected. With daylight savings time ending, your help will benefit everyone.
If you prefer to use the phone, then you may call the Public Works Department at 817-514-5806 and report the street light. Please give us the street address for each light (use closest house or business address).
