City of Haslet issued the following announcement on Dec. 9
If you are traveling out of town for vacation or the holiday season and would like the Tarrant County Sheriff's Office to add your home to their Close-Watch patrols, simply call TCSO Dispatch Center’s non-emergency number at 817-884-1315 and request a Close-Watch. A Close-Watch patrol means a unit from each shift will check your house at least once during their shift. Or email your request to Deputy Sheriff LaMunion at htlamunion@tarrantcounty.com. Provide your name, address, contact telephone number, and dates you will be gone and want Close-Watch patrol. Also provide description and license plate number for any vehicles that will be parked in the driveway.
